Description Instructions Ingredients   Apply to face and neck with organic cotton pad or ball after cleansing. When dry, follow with light moisturizer. To soothe very irritated, blemished skin: Place toner in refrigerator for 1 hour. Apply to clean cotton cloth or several cotton pads. Place on clean face, where skin is most irritated. Remove pads/cloth after 15-20 minutes. Store cool and dry and use within 3 months of purchase.
